Lettuce and Rice Wraps


Ingredients:
1 Boston lettuce (about 8-10 pieces)
1 pack of rice paper (optional)
1 Asian Pear (can substitute an apple)
1 cucumbers cut julienne
1 bell pepper cut julienne
1 pack enoki mushrooms (optional)
crab meat (can substitute tuna or shrimp)
1 bunch of watercress
(can substitute basil or mint)
Ingredients for sauce: ~Soy Sauce
~Wasabi or Red Pepper Paste to your liking
~(optional to use regular salad dressing)
Procedure:
1. clean& peel all the vegetables & separate into bowls or plates

2. cut the cucumber, carrots, pepper & Asian pear into julienne pieces

3. to make.... place a few pieces of each veggie onto a piece of lettuce

4. drip some sauce on top & enjoy (lettuce wrap can be pre-made &
chilled if wanted)
