KimChi

Good old Korean Kimchi...
Koreans grow up eating this pickled cabbage almost everyday.
Did you know that the "chi" translates to mean "nature energy"
or "inner energy"?

Kimchi keeps in the refrigerator for weeks and weeks which
can be a bonus. The garlic and vinegar in it help preservative it.

Kimchi is not only a health food, it's a convenience food as well.
This fermented cabbage dish uses the combination of
vinegar, oil, salt, and spices in a way that makes an
all-natural preservative.

Kimchi is known to help eliminate cholesterol & promote
intestinal health. The garlic in it is a great anti-oxidant and
hot peppers, another ingredient in making kimchi has the
highest concentration of vitamin C of any known food.
